• General Motors offered the LB7 Duramax diesel engine as an option for the Chevrolet Kodiak/GMC Topkick and the Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra HD between the years of 2001 and 2004. Many of these trucks are still on the road and require routine service and repairs. One of the common repairs is re-sealing the injector cup sleeves, which begin to leak over time. To do the job correctly and save time in the process, this Duramax LB7 Injector Cup Puller was designed to remove the injector cup and sleeve from the cylinder head without causing damage to the cup. This tool is a MUST when re-sealing your sleeves, and working more efficiently helps the technician increase their profit producing potential.
